Our fee structure includes a minimum charge for the initial hour on all hourly rate tasks, following which billing is calculated in 15-minute increments.
We kindly request that all payments be settled promptly and in full upon receipt of the invoice, with payment methods including debit or credit card for your convenience.
In the event that certain materials necessary for the job are not available in our service van, rest assured that the time spent to source these will not exceed an additional 30 minutes of the hourly rate. This ensures your service remains as cost-effective as possible.
